
Local food producers speak

For Eat Local Week, KGNU continues its look at issues around local food production. Farming is hard work… barriers like the high cost of land in Boulder county, access to water and even the climate create many barriers for local farmers, particularly new small scale farmers who are just starting out. But a new Farmer Cultivation Center hopes to help farmers overcome some of those obstacles. Maeve Conran reports from KGNU.
