Boulder home prices rose in November, says Zillow

Year-over-year gain of 4.3%, research firm reports

According to Zillow’s Real Estate Market Reports for November 2009, Boulder home values were up 0.1% compared to October 2009 and up 4.3% compared to November 2008. Palo Park and North Boulder scored the biggest one-year gains, at 10.7 percent and 9.6 percent, respectively.
