The real estate reporting firm Zillow.com reported that, as of Feb. 1, 2010, home prices dropped month-to-month in most Boulder neighborhoods. Prices dropped 0.4 percent for the city as a whole in the one-period. But over the preceding one-year period, Boulder home price rose 2.6 percent.

The only neighborhood to escape a one-month drop was North Boulder, where prices held steady in the latest month. North Boulder also had the highest one-year price gain, at 7.9 percent.
